Great teachers spark their students’ interests to learn new things, inspire them to ask questions, and to uncover potential possibilities. We become the students’ educators as well as their friends, mentors, coaches – and many times – even their confidants.

We know that money is not our true motivating factor to teach (we are all teachers here at the Business Leader Australia). However, for us to keep teaching we need to meet a compliance issue that dictates evidence is required so that we can keep inspiring and motivating our students.
